Sequence House is a proposal for a house with a detached guestroom on the island of Paros, Greece. The spaces of the house are designed sequentially; they form simple rectangular volumes that are connected through small corridors. The result is four clearly distinguished spaces for the interior, and an array of exterior spaces of different qualities – some enclosed and hidden, some open to the outside. The canopies that surround the house enhance those conditions. The line along which the volumes are organized is oriented towards the view to the sea.
