Ark/Argo is a competition entry for the design of a museum to host material in relation to the Argonautica myth, along with a 1:1, functional replica of Argo, the ship that gave its name to the ancient myth. The design is organized around a central room where the ship itself is displayed. An ascending ramp circles around the ship, providing extra display surface along with access to several exhibition rooms and a conference hall. The skin of the building is assembled by patches of different materials, alternating between wood and metal.
