Poly/mono, object-e’s proposal for a social housing project in in Limassol, Cyprus, was awarded with the Best Project Award at the Greek Architecture Awards 2021, organized by DOMa. The awards, that showcase the best examples of architecture in Greece, were presented at the Benaki Museum in Athens, on July 5th. Poly/mono was selected among a large number of projects from an international jury consisting of Roger Diener, Juan Herreros and Vittorio Pizzigoni. The proposal tries to go beyond traditional understandings of what a social housing project can be by proposing three different types of habitations that generate a hybrid housing condition.
